Been to the Kathmandu twice since it reopened and it was great! The staff have gone out of their way to make it safe whilst trying to retain its unique atmosphere, food was as good as ever! Well done Kathmandu we’ve missed you!

Great food, lovely service, really nice that it is back open again, looking forward to next visit, Tandoori fish is to die for.

I have visited this restaurant quite a few times over the years,and always enjoyed the food on offer.Very satisfied, but to me the garlic naan bread is the best i have ever had,great slices of garlic infused in the bread,it complements the food so well.I have traveled far and wide to try different curries of all sorts and this bread is by far the best ever.I will be back soon.well done guys

The service and food at The Great Kathmandu is traditional and authentic which is why we missed it so much during lockdown. As a local West Didsbury business @yogawithjai, I like to support the area I live in and offer back to the friendly we know within the establishment. The restaurant also offers a dish that is very rare and tastes exactly like how my fathers Indian cuisine restaurant used to make my favourite dish ‘Tandoori Chicken Masala’ so compliments to the chef. Glad you are back open and look forward to many more visits in the near future. P.S. also loved the mist spray hand sanitiser and glad to be apart of the warm felt Tik Tok post with the owners daughter too. Thanks all at the establishment, had a fab night.

Ive been going the Kathmandu now for over 30 years & the food has been unbelievable in all that time, its my second home.

We went to our favourite restaurant again last week & as alway the food & staff

were amazing!!!
